This hands-on
foundation course will cover the fundamental design concepts of Autodesk
Inventor necessary to easily create 3D part and assembly models of
moderate complexity using both parametric and
adaptive technologies and to document those
designs with 2D drawing views.
The objective of this course is to enable you
to become productive quickly and to encourage self-learning through the
Design Support System. You will be proficient in basic part and assembly
modeling techniques and be familiar with documenting those models. You
will cover features used to create, edit, document, and print parts and
assemblies. Exposure to most of the part and assembly modeling tools is
provided by the use of real world exercises.
Upon completion of
this course you will have acquired the necessary skills to use Inventor
efficiently as your 3d Design System and produce professional drawings.
Who should attend: Anyone
interested in learning how to use Inventor for their Design System.
Prerequisite:
Familiarity and understanding of Windows user interface; file, folder
structures. No Prior CAD
experience required.
